Where can you find houses that are 2000-2500 sq ft in the general $200k range? I know it’s possible in some parts of Riverside County – anywhere else?
small towns way up north. outside smell-a(oops i mean LA) Try the classifieds. Just not around Santa Barbara. Or the Central Coast. I can tell you the places around here are terribly expensive
Stockton. You can get a 2400 sq ft house for $197,000. And that’s the ASKING price – so you can get 10% off that easy.
